How can I pay?
UPI at checkout, or Cash on Delivery. We do not accept cards, net banking, wallets or EMI.

Is GST charged?
Yes. Prem Hardware is registered under GST (GSTIN 27CXLPS7217K1ZR). Listed prices include GST, and a GST invoice is available on request.

Shipping

What does shipping cost?
Free over ₹999, flat ₹59 below that, anywhere in India.

How long does delivery take?
1–2 business days to pack, then 3–8 business days with the courier — usually 4–10 business days in total.

Do you ship outside India?
No. India only.

Products

Will this lock fit my door?
Check the backset and door thickness on the listing against your door before ordering. Where a listing does not state a figure we do not have one from the supplier, and we say so rather than guess.

What does centre-to-centre mean on a cabinet pull?
It is the distance between the two fixing screws. If you are replacing existing pulls, measure that distance and match it — the overall length of the pull does not have to match.

Are the finishes exactly as shown?
Close, but screens differ, and matte black, brushed nickel and champagne bronze in particular photograph lighter than they look indoors.

Do you sell branded goods?
We sell each item on its own merits and describe it by what it is — material, size, contents. We make no claim to be an authorised dealer for any brand.

What is the return window?
7 days from delivery, for unused items in original packing.

When do I get my refund?
Within 5–7 business days of the returned item reaching us.
